Frequently asked questions

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time from the Subscription section in your account settings. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. No fees for cancelling.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Go to Settings → Export Data in the app to download your clients, appointments, and financial records at any time.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and we'll email you a reset link. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.
Is TillyTap available on iPhone and Android?
Yes. TillyTap is available on the App Store and Google Play, as well as via the web at app.tillytap.co.uk.
Does TillyTap submit my tax directly to HMRC?
TillyTap produces HMRC-ready quarterly summaries in the correct format for Making Tax Digital. You submit these via HMRC's own service or bridging software. TillyTap is not currently a direct HMRC submission agent.
